First Visit

Hello there!  We’re thrilled to welcome you to our office!  When you arrive, our friendly front desk team will be ready to help you check in and get settled.  During your visit, we’ll take a close look at your endodontic needs, review the referral from your general dentist, and take some X-rays and a CT scan of the tooth or teeth we’re focusing on.  Once we have all the information, we’ll sit down with you to chat about our findings and recommend the best treatment plan just for you.

To make your visit as smooth as possible, we kindly ask that you bring along these important items:

• Your referral card and any notes or information from your general dentist.
• A list of any medical conditions and medications you’re currently taking or have taken in the past.
• Your insurance card, even if you’ve shared your details before.

We know your time is precious, so we’ll do our best to complete your treatment on the same day. If we need a little extra time, we’ll happily schedule a follow-up visit that works for you! If you’re under 18, please have a parent or guardian come along and stay in the office during your appointment. We’re here to make your visit comfortable and as stress-free as possible.
